Well, guess normally whose fault is that? The parent!!! If u
wear all the protective gear and are taught how to fall, nothing
serious should happen. I learn how to skate in bishan park with
kids as young as 4yrs old. some of them are even more pro then
me... 
Like all sport, there is a danger side to it if sh1t
happen.
